I’m already a BIG FAN of Wonderskin makeup products so naturally, I wanted to try out their Beyond Clean Melt-It-All Cleansing Balm to see if this affordable cleansing balm had the potential to be one of the best cleansing balms.

What does a cleansing balm do?

As with most other cleansing balms, the Beyond Clean Melt-It-All Cleansing Balm from Wonderskin is a solid balm that transforms into a
an oil, once massaged into dry skin. Its purpose is to melt away makeup, sebum, suncream, pollution and general end-of-day build-up of dirt and grime.

Are cleansing balms good for your skin?

Yes, cleansing balms are an excellent way to wash away makeup and other impurities without stripping the skin, with many cleansing balms being used as part of a double-cleansing skincare routine.

The cleansing balm from Wonderskin is a barrier-friendly, one-step cleanser that cares for skin. So there’s no need for that second-step in double-cleansing. This reduces the potential of stripping the skin and damaging the skin barrier.

Cleansing balms are really easy to use.

Simply dispense an adequate amount of the Wonderskin cleansing balm using the twist dispenser into your hands, warm it up between your palms, and gently massage into dry skin. Then apply a small amount of warm water to create a milky cleanser, and continue to massage into the skin. Once finished rinse off with warm water.

Does Wonderskin actually work?

Absolutely. The Wonderskin Beyond Clean Melt-lt-All Cleansing Balm has to be one of the best makeup remover balms, and general cleansers that I have actually used. It delivers exactly what is claims. It provides a deep cleanse, washing away makeup, suncream and impurities, leaving skin feeling clean but not stripped or oily.

I also like how the Wonderskin Beyond Clean Melt-lt-All Cleansing Balm uses a twist dispensing technique to dispense the balm, as this makes it much more hygienic and less messy to use.
