My Thoughts of the Nioxin Hair Thickening Treatment

When I received my Nioxin Diaboost trial kit it was nicely packaged and the texture of the treatment itself looked like a serum, although it isn’t a serum. It comes in a pump spray, which made it easy to apply to the hair, whether wet or dry. It didn’t leave my hair feeling or looking greasy, although when applying it to dry hair, I did need to massage it into the scalp until my hair felt dry.

When applying the product, you get a really nice smell, one that I’ve always associated with top hair salons. And I’m not talking about the horrible smell of perms and peroxide!

After massaging the product into my hair, I couldn’t immediately see a huge difference in volume, but I could feel that my hair seemed thicker when combing it. My hair also felt and looked much smoother, and I found that I could use the treatment every day without it making my hair greasy.

What Other People Thought of the Nioxin Hair Thickening Treatment

The feedback I received from friends and family who sampled the Nioxin Diaboost treatment was also positive. They said that it made their hair feel and look softer and that they really liked the smell of the treatment.

However, the price tag did make some people think twice about purchasing the product, despite the benefits they noticed.

Conclusion

Would I purchase this product? Well… yes and no!

It did make my hair feel thicker and made it look and feel smoother, but I don’t know whether I would personally spend £40 on a hair product.

That being said, if my hair was particularly thin or in poor condition, then yes, I probably would consider buying it.
