I bought the colour ‘Red in Mind’ in the Pout Clout Lip Plumping Pen, which looked really nice and subtle, and I absolutely loved the glossy look this gave my lips too. The balm was very refreshing and moisturising, and I didn’t leave my lips feeling sticky. I could definitely feel the tingling sensation of the plumping effect, but I feel that it was the gloss that made my lips look more plump.

The packaging looked nice, and the pen was simple enough to use.
