I have used this cleansing water before, but i still find the liquid so mesmerising after you have shaken the bottle.

This cleanser is a great addition to a morning skincare routine, especially if you are in a rush and don’t have time for layering all your toners, serum, etc. With this cleanser, you could potentially skip toner and essence!

I prefer to use this Rice Active Essence Cleansing Water as part of my double cleansing routine at the end of the day. I also prefer to use my hands rather than cotton pads as I just feel that it is a lot more gentle on the skin.

This cleansing water does a great job at removing makeup, and because of the Panthenol and Castor Oil, it provides that extra moisture barrier that is great to have when you’re double-cleansing.
